Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TravelBeast(the “Service”), a product operated by BeastOS, a sole proprietorship based in Texas, United States (“TravelBeast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

TravelBeast uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested travel itineraries, packing lists, activity recommendations, budget estimates, and related features such as maps and flight tracking. The Service is a planning tool. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider, and it does not sell travel.

3. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

Itineraries and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors or be incomplete or out of date — including venue names, addresses, hours, prices, map coordinates, availability, and travel times. You are responsible for independently verifying all details before relying on them, especially reservations, opening hours, entry requirements, costs, and safety conditions. We make no guarantee that any suggested place, route, or estimate is accurate, available, suitable, or safe.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Authentication is provided by Clerk and is subject to its terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

  • Plans. Some features require a paid subscription (e.g., Voyager or Executive). Pricing is shown at checkout.
  • Recurring billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings (Manage Billing) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and partial periods are not refunded.
  • App store purchases. If you purchase a subscription through a mobile app store, that store’s payment, renewal, and refund rules also apply, and you may need to manage or cancel the subscription through that store.
  • Changes. We may change plan features or pricing on a going-forward basis with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Bookings & Third-Party Partners

The Service may include links to third-party booking partners (for example, Viator, GetYourGuide, Booking.com, and Skyscanner). Any booking, purchase, or transaction you make is solely between you and that third party and is governed by their terms and policies. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for the products, services, pricing, cancellations, or conduct of any third party. We participate in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you book through these links, at no additional cost to you.

7. Flight Tracking

Flight-tracking information is provided for general informational purposes using third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. It must not be relied upon for navigation, safety, or time-critical decisions. Always confirm flight status with the airline or airport.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its AI-generated output without our permission;
  • submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or misuse the Service to generate such content.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial travel planning.

10. Your Content

You retain ownership of the trip details and content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any itinerary, recommendation, or estimate will be accurate or suitable for your trip. Travel involves inherent risks that are your responsibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVELBEAST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TRAVEL DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelBeast and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute not subject to a separate arbitration agreement, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
